Hi lovelies!

April already came to it's end. I can't believe how fast time passes. As this weekend is a prolonged one you all probably have some plans already. On May Day (1st May / Labour Day) my family has some sort of tradition to host a family lunch and then most of us go on a hike afterward. If the weather serves us it will be the same this year.

The weather is having mood swings again and for the last couple days the temperature was barely above 0 and it was so freakin' windy. I've put away all my winter clothes and don't plan to bring it out again. It looks better today and hopefully it will stay that way. Do you have any plans for the weekend? I want it to be productive, some studying, taking lots of photos and writing a post or two. I feel like I've been quite inactive on social media and here so I'll try to fix that.

I finally went to the hairdresser to dye my hair again. She used the same dye as before but it turned out much darker, which I don't mind cos it's a beautiful dark amethyst shade. Probably after 2 weeks or so it will turn to the colour I had last time. As I let them experiment, and do with my hair whatever they want she made these big curls which make me feel like a doll and which will last for the Easter weekend.

Our lives tend to get busy, we live walking in one direction, most of the time having a plan, sticking to schedules. What if we stopped for a moment. Stopped for an hour and just let our legs take us somewhere, known unknown it doesn't matter. Just somewhere away from the routine, unplanned and without a purpose.

Yesterday after helping around the house parents wanted to take little sister to the playground so I tag along. Took my camera as I pretty much always do and messaged my friend Mato (who's usually my photographer so shoutout to him!) to go for a walk. He already was outside with another friend of our so we met up and walked around the town, not really knowing where we'll end up. Just following pretty light, going through parks, by the water... It was such a wonderful, much needed relaxing time. Even tho I have three exams this week I think it was a great idea to go out. 

Enjoy the moment, it's worth it.

Wedding and prom season are here, or close... Those are occasions that make us think in advance what to wear, what to do with our hair and makeup. When a formal event takes place in late Spring/ Summer you know it will be hot and you will melt if you don't make the right decisions. We don't have prom in Croatia. The only high school related formal event for which we dress up to look all fancy is a dinner after the last year which is usually in June. In this post I'll show you some dresses and talk a bit about hair and makeup.
